We sat immediately, ordered immediately, flowed out in a timely way, server was pleasant and friendly, my well made burger was cooked to the specification, the rarer was also in place without excessive waiting. Their food is great if you're eating at the restaurant. But if you order take out, it's absolutely terrible. I did it yesterday, waited 15 extra minutes, it was saying ready at 6.30pm, they only brought my food close to 6 50pm because someone else asked for their order and they happened to find my bag waiting for me..final results, food was cold, steak fries were soggy, burger was burnt, plus an online order made me... Personally I'm never to picky with food. I like Red Robin though, never had a bad experience myself. Always loved the food and waitresses/waiters seem great!

On Friday night about 530 6 sat in minutes with the best waitress, while it had drinks and appetizers in minutes from sitting, waitress was very attentive, very good food and drinks were brilliant!!!

On Monday for lunch (a national holiday MLK-day) and although it was crazy, I and my two guys had a great experience. Our waiter Joe was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly and went beyond and beyond to satisfy me and my children. Great food, good service. We have been customers since you opened and will continue to be.

Great food... excellent waiter...music was actually so loud, it was hard to hear conversation clearly
