What User likes about Biba's:
Great place to eat if you want Italian food. They had a pretty decent menu with many options, but not at the point where it was overwhelming. Prices are pretty good, considering the quality of food and how much you get. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have the roasted Ravioli appetizer and it was really delicious. I also have the Tortellini court and it was pretty good. 10/10. read more.

What Chuck K doesn't like about Biba's:
Used to be great but has been sliding for a bit now. I like to get the stuffed pizza every couple of weeks for the family, but it's less and less stuffed each time. Sucks cause we really like it but we're basically eating a top crust and a bottom crust. Added a pic so you could see what I'm talking about. read more.
