On a visit to Sydney, I called in an order to go at the Terrace on Kent. They recommended The DiNiro hamburger.Beef, crispy bacon, cheddar, lettuce, beetroot, caramelized onion, relish. Yummy. TONS of food!!! Beetroot was interesting. Bacon was similar to Canadian bacon. I expected cheddar to be yellow, but white worked too!All in all a very delish burger!
