My family has gone to Ott's for 43 years and my last visit (last year) was terrible, food was good as always, but the owner was terrible for the customers and employees, I heard it was under new management and was convinced to return because I never said it was fabulous to say the least, food was as wonderful as always the staff was smiled and friendly even apologised to my son (er 2).
