"Visited this restaurant for a family meal and was not disappointed. Food is cooked fresh, I had a chow mien with shrimp and it was very good. Husband and Mom had different combo plates which they enjoyed and had leftovers. Food is well presented, fresh, and delicious. Friendly waitress. Don't be turned off by the outside of the building as it is clean and comfortable inside. CASH only which is not a problem as there is adequate signage stating that. I have had Chinese food ( Canadian version) from east to west and this certainly compares favourably. Would recommend"

"I have tried many things from the menu. All decent "diner" fare. All meals I have eaten here were fresh and tasty. It is a great spot for your fried comfort foods. And the prices are fair. The staff is very friendly."

"A group of us visited this farmhouse style a few weeks ago and were treated exceptionally as well as guests diners. we had a lot of breakfast menus, all with maple syrup naturally. the restaurant works seasonal to support their on-site maple Syrup business, which is offered along with a tour when they cook sirup down. they also have several km of hiking snow trails on the back forest square to make for a large family excursion."

" I am writing to tell you of my experience at your golf club on Saturday, July 22. I have golfed at your club 3 or 4 times a season over the years and have always found it one of my favorite golf courses. The course is always in good condition and it is always a pleasure to play there. The young people you have working there always are curtious, friendly and helpful. Your restaurant is always quick and have excellent meals. This Saturday the day golfing started well with us (4) being booked in by another young great worker. When our game was over we went to the restaurant for a meal. There was one table being served, a man and his son. As we entered 3 or4 fellas entered as we did and took seats. I went to the counter to ask an older lady working there if it was ok to eat outside. I waited 5 minutes with her ignoring me and when I finally spoke up she just looked at me and said "sure". My party went outside and waited 15-20 minutes and no one came out to give us menus or to see if we wanted anything. The older lady meanwhile was over serving drinks to the other group in there (a few more had joined them). I decided to go in and see if there was a problem. Again she ignored me and finally I asked one of the young workers if we could be waited on and that we'd like to eat. The young worker asked the older woman and was told it'd be at least a half an hour before we could get anything.......there was just that one other group in the club and she was waiting on them regular. We decided to head back to Fredericton and get supper there. When we got to Fredericton I noticed I didn't have my phone.....I had left it in the golf cart. I immediately called the club as I had just bought the phone and didn't want to lose it. The same older woman answered and I told her my problem. She said that she was busy and wouldn't go check to see if my phone was in the golf cart for 5 minutes. I asked her if she would phone me back. She said sure, and I went to give her my phone number but she said she had it on her phone and then She hung up. I waited but didn't get no call so I headed back to Nackawic. When I got there I went right to the golf cart and my phone was there, lucky. She hadn't even checked and this was an hour and 10 minutes after I called her.. She was still there but ignored me again when I spoke to her, so I left.I couldn't and can't believe how ignorant this woman was. She couldn't have been any worse if she tried. It's bad that one employees attitude can ruin a person's outlook on things, and her attitude sure did. People like her are bad on your business and it would be terrible to see her ways spread to the other workers.Kevin WrightPS I wrote this letter to the management of the golf club and did not receive one word back. "This was a great place to learn how the maple syrup made it from tree to table, the syrup on the floor I would say was my favorite part. People are very friendly and know their stuff when it comes to all maple? Try the maple cream soda, you will love it!"
