Malitos Pizzeria - Millwood

I went there a few times and the food is decent. I like the chicken stall. However, I have always been really disturbed by the can 't be rude attitude of the opposing staff. But I somehow ignored it, it's still today. Today I called to pick up and after a raised guy sigh on the phone, he tells me the name with a real attitude. No, hi, how can I help you, etc., nothing but this rude comment. I was so upset that I said I thank you. Isn't it so hard to get pizza in NY? Don't worry, brother, I'm not gonna bother you with my business anymore. Here's a customer service tip. Please, thank you for going a long way.. Get new counter help and I'm back.

I tried to make a quick order because I don't want to do anything for our restaurants in this area. But between crazy inflation and looking for high-quality employees that make it impossible to find a good reliability to order from quality products. I called tonight and stopped with THE MOST ANNOYING MUSIC, after six minutes after I found a frozen pizza in one of my freezers. Maybe next time.

Great menu and what I've had is delicious! Returned and had some great pizza!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Henry is always so rude and after the third time ordering food from them and getting an attitude- I will no longer give them chances. The pizza is okay, but the actual Italian food is horrible. So salty and somehow still tasteless. I am fed up with subpar food, service and paying above normal prices. What a disgrace.

What horrible service!! Thinking it would be easier I placed an order online for pickup. Prices seemed outrageous but location was convenient for pick up. When I placed the order thought it was the wrong pizzeria so I canceled the order through the app. When I called the owner about the mixup he said it was the right place and that he would make the order and charge me the same price as online. I figured ok. I picked up the order and originally it was $81.24 he then charged me without realizing it $84.11. When I looked at his menu the total price of the items should have been $58.00!! There is a markup of 30% which I believe business are not allowed to do. When I called him about it after I was home he told me order was never cancel, which is a lie and that?s why he charged me that price. He also said well people ordering through the app don?t care about money. He then said ? listen honey if you want the money you can come get it or just tell me and I will give you 15% off next time? needless to say I will never go back! I am not one to usually write reviews but I was so offended by his behavior and his rudeness!
