If you're in the mood for some spicy paani puri, then this is the place to go. My friends and I visited this restaurant late at night and were delighted to be served paani puris from a live station by a very friendly staff member. I also had their Chicken 65 biryani a couple of days ago and absolutely loved it. The food was packed with flavor and truly delicious. We opted for takeout as the restaurant is quite small... What Karthik K doesn't like about Biryaniz:
We Ordered Mutton Biriyani family pack today. We used to order the Vijayawada chicken biriyani, but for a change we wanted to try the mutton. But unfortunately the biriyani was not even near to the standard. The mutton was so hard and we just throwed all the mutton pieces. Even the Biriyani had no flavor and spice. You are charging $32 for a family pack and you should use quality meat or test it once before start del... View all feedback.
The best in Milpitas, me and my son crave chicken 65 a must have. He’s never had Indian food before and now it’s one of his favorite places to eat. Fresh desert mmmmm
Decent live pani puri stall ruined by mediocre appetizers and no importance to food safety/quality testing! Tried pani puri, hyderabad dum biryani, rasmalai, Apollo fish and chilli chicken from this restaurant. Biryani was okay. Apollo fish and chilli chicken were basically the same thing except for protein. Both of them, however, were filled with onions and bell peppers. Good luck finding some protein in there. Live pani puri (gol guppa) was decent but not worth the hype. Rasmalai was a disaster! Terrible mistake even trying it out. I was shocked to see a plastic piece while eating. Just glad I didn’t choke on it. And I think it costed around $5-6 for 2 pieces. I strongly suspect they use packaged rasmalai which costs $10-12 for 10-12 pieces and they don’t even do a good job with that! Even though I ordered for take out, staff at the billing counter were not very friendly either. Wouldn’t order from here after this experience. Don’t recommend this place at all.
The biriyani was disappointing and was soggy(? The restaurant refused to provide drinking water and said to buy water if I was thirsty, really? and after lots of argument they gave in and provided water. Baby corn fry was too spicy and soggy, not crisp. Do not recommend at all.
They serve live panipuri : One of the best panipuri I had in Us : They are open late night till 12 AM ! Expect a huge line but worth trying Must try when in Bay Area :
Speaking explicitly for Panipuri stall in this review, we haven’t tried anything else inside the restaurant. Panipuri stall is located right outside for classic street chat experience. This was the “closest” taste of true Panipuri we have found in states so far. (Deserves 4 star however instructions aren’t clear. You’ll see fine chopped onions, coriander and carrots kept is separate bowls in front followed by different chutneys in squeeze bottles. They aren’t labeled so you wouldn’t know which is sweet vs spicy etc. Panipuri is served with classic hot ragada which we were longing for. Lady at the inside counter was nice and helped us with some of our concerns. Parking shouldn’t be an issue at all. Pro tip- don’t be shy and ask for “Sukha Puri” at the end to make this a wholesome experience for yourself ;
