Recently tried a Guilin rice noodle spot. The snail soup noodles were a bit too soft and oily, lacking the expected distinct flavors. Spring rolls were okay but a bit greasy. The braised beef in the Guilin noodles wasn't quite authentic, and the soup was a touch too oily. Room for improvement. View all feedback.
