Before SIP went into place, I went to Fortunes at least 2x a month with my family. The dim sum here is the best tasting and affordable in the Milpitas/SJ area. If you go on a Sunday afternoon, be ready to wait! If you go too early right when they open, you might miss some popular items because they're not done cooking yet.
