When I was here for the first time, I decided to order what I accept is her signature dish, pepper meat over rice. This dish consists simply of a bunch of rice, surrounded by beef, and sprinkled with corn. Add corn to a dish, just applauds the look and taste for me. Maybe I am. Pepper lunch serves good quality food. It can get busy but if you go right when they open you should be fine. By noon time there's usually a wait.
