Fresh, delicious, hot, clean, with excellent service by Luis! Recommend the Poblano Omelette and the Colorado Omelette, both come with sides of 3 pancakes, hash browns or toast. We got pancakes for each omelette and shared between 3 people and still had leftovers. 2 omelette sets with 6 pancakes can feed 4 well.
