This review is for my visit before the pandemic. Haven't visited the Great Mall since the pandemic although it is in walking distance to me. Anyway, I tried the chicken sandwich when there was a line in almost every Popeyes location. My honest opinion is that it is OK but it is really more like a hype. Very successful marketing though. Worst customer service I ever had in my life. I went to order chickens that suspected coming with cookies for my daughter, and I was told by the cashier that they were from cookies. I asked if there was a discount as I paid for chicken with biscuit and he answered this so-called manager without name tag said no discount there?s not his fault I came when she ran so no discount.
