The Clay Pot rice is legit with a capitalized L. The Fan-Jiu 飯焦, scorched rice) covered the entire bottom of the dish and the smell was amazing. The sauce also goes very well with the rice. While soup with Choy Sum was good, the clay pot rice was just okay, the chicken was dry and not tasty which is a pet peeve in chinese food culture, just to be fair the Chinese sausage and the preserved pork was good. View all feedback.
