Good: Verve coffee is generally good, and food options are nice. Outdoor space is big. Bad: music is seriously loud, not something I need during a relaxing morning coffee. Barista training lacking (see picture of my cappuccino). Place is often packed with people with laptops, drinking their one cup for hours, while customers with food have no place to sit at inside.
