A&W - Milton

The burgers at this restaurant are extremely salty. Additionally, why do they put the toppings on the bottom? They are called toppings for a reason! To make matters worse, the staff seems too preoccupied with their cell phones to properly acknowledge customers in a timely manner. Not cool.

- signage with Burger types and prices are confusing. I'm a papa but a papa burger doesn't come with bacon. Oh that must be a teen burger. $5.70 but no mention of drink or fries or onion rings... "must be included for that price" WRONG!I'll gladly take some fault for being naive. - Lady at counter was busy on cell phone.- after my order of Teen Burger, Onion Rings and Root Beer I was told $11.92. " Wow" I thought " at this unreasonable price it will be the best fast food ever!"- after waiting 10 minutes for my order... the OnionRings were already buried in salt before iI could do it myself. The burger bun was blackened ( that's fancy talk for burned) , the burger was tiny and my Root Beer was warm. - there's a nice story on the disposable cup about how they don't use ice because it is served at the perfect temperature. - the food court is small and dirty with a wonderful view of either Payless Shoes or a store with the gate closed at 1:00 pm. If your considering A visit to this A&W in Milton I suggest instead reading my review of Troy's Diner less than a KM away. For the same money including tip the meal will leave you with plenty to take home and you'll be served by a wonderful polite staff in a fun environment.
