What W B likes about Burger Factory:
Ordered twice, once through Uber and once direct. Food was delicious both times. They had all the toppings correct and proper proportions. When ordering and picking up the staff were attentive and labelled the burgers properly. Juicy Lucy on fire is really good. View all feedback.

I wish I could give less than 1 star to this burger factory. Ordered two crispy chicken burgers with toppings and bbq chilli sauces. Got stale burgers with wrong toppings and no sauces. They used to be good but not anymore. New staffs are just clueless and rude. I want my money back ???? View all feedback.
very pleased was properly cooked and the funnel cake was not over fried again like before
Burger was dry and cold. Poutine was good and hot. For a burger joint the burger quality was mediocre at best.
