I bought this cheddar from my local grocery store here in NJ to give it a try. I am blown away by the flavor of this cheddar. Prairie Breeze is so delicious and unique, you have to try it! I hope my grocery store keeps selling this stuff because it’s delightful!

They were at the cedar rapids farmers market and decided to pick up some prairie breeze and it was so good! Will need to come back for sure
