The restaurant offers excellent drinks served by knowledgeable and efficient staff. The drinks are delicious and are served quickly. They have clear Covid-19 protocols in place, including a QR code for contact tracing. Despite being smaller than other Costa Coffee locations, they also offer outdoor seating, which adds to the overall appeal of the restaurant. View all feedback.

Great and friendly staff, always positiw and nice with crawl. like most coffee spots it is busy and they have to wait for the coffee, but it is worth as they good quality coffee.
Thanks to alex and the team for their dedication yesterday to ensure that we had a safe visit. my daughter has food allergies and even though they were busy, they took time to review ingredients and clean appliances.
Second time I’ve visited and been greeted with the worst customer service. Went with my partner and got treated as if I were invisible.. I was clearly in-front so should’ve been acknowledged even if we weren’t ordering together. The old workers are nothing but sharp and judgemental when answering questions about the drinks. Can only give one star for the fact that I got my coffee.
When you ask for a drink directly from the menu and are told it can 't be made that way. Politely I reply oh, it says it on the menu... . I choose not to add that I 've had it before, as it is a relatively new item so at this point I 'm not judging her for not knowing it well. Miss Barely Friendly on the other end of the intercom asks me to wait a second. Several seconds later and Miss Barely Friendly seems to be Miss I Hate Being Proven Wrong because her attitude has shot through the ceiling and she proceeds to give the grumpiest service I 've ever seen. All it needed was an oh, my mistake . I drove up to the window still unsure she was even going to make the drink I asked for as she never confirmed that it actually can be done. Her tone of voice told me enough that I chose not to question. They get 2 stars because the Millionaire 's Shortbread I also ordered was DELICIOUS!!!
