"Went for by husband’s birthday. So many things went wrong. My beef ribs were so fat, sent back and they said they was substandard. Husband was told he could substitute a salad for potatoes but was charged extra for salad and got no potatoes. He was given dessert menu to choose free treat for his birthday. He got charged for it in the bill. Refunds were SO confusing, we don’t know what we ended up paying…just wanted to get out of there! Never had so much go wrong at the Charcoal"

"A little tucked away but the food was great! Tender brisket a side of fries and a coke for a fair price. They were very friendly and inviting. I will be sure to come back."
