"Always a nice treat. The new caramel macchiato is delicious. If you love coffee like me in ice cream, you need to try this. Perfect light coffe flavour with hints of salted caramel and pieces of dark chocolate!!! A new fave. Hubby had the chocolate fudge and added chocolate syrup too. Unfortunately, you don't get to try the ice cream like they used to allow before. Guess it is covid related. I ordered my caramel macchiato regardless and did not dissapoint. Soo good. Our server was also friendly and accomodating. Always good service and positive experience. Nothing bad about ice.cream! Check out the Easter ice cream cakes they have!"

"Amazing apple pie and it’s so sweet that they can customize writing to the pies. I opted to not have any artificial flowers but they do have that options."

"Great food, staff, and the place is clean with a good atmosphere. I stop by whenever I'm driving past Kitchener, sometimes even driving from Cambridge just to grab a sub. Shoutout to all the staff, with a double shoutout to Maze who served me today. Friendly, polite, and has a good sense of humor! Will be back again"

"We took my mother to the New Dundee Emporium for a delicious high tea in honor of her 84th birthday! From the crisp and tender warm scones served with strawberry jam and cream, to the assortment of finger sandwiches and tempting chocolate covered sweet strawberries, shortbread and maid of honour tarts, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for a top-notch British traditional high tea offered in a quaint establishment in the heart of the village of New Dundee!"
