My absolute favourite spot to get lunch! I always get the Japanese Rice Bowl and ADORE it! However, i've tried many of their items and have never had anything i don't love! I love that there are SO MANY vegan options and the folks behind the counter are so lovely! I reccommend this place to everyone! View all feedback.

"Went for by husband’s birthday. So many things went wrong. My beef ribs were so fat, sent back and they said they was substandard. Husband was told he could substitute a salad for potatoes but was charged extra for salad and got no potatoes. He was given dessert menu to choose free treat for his birthday. He got charged for it in the bill. Refunds were SO confusing, we don’t know what we ended up paying…just wanted to get out of there! Never had so much go wrong at the Charcoal"
