"Went for by husband’s birthday. So many things went wrong. My beef ribs were so fat, sent back and they said they was substandard. Husband was told he could substitute a salad for potatoes but was charged extra for salad and got no potatoes. He was given dessert menu to choose free treat for his birthday. He got charged for it in the bill. Refunds were SO confusing, we don’t know what we ended up paying…just wanted to get out of there! Never had so much go wrong at the Charcoal"

"Always a nice treat. The new caramel macchiato is delicious. If you love coffee like me in ice cream, you need to try this. Perfect light coffe flavour with hints of salted caramel and pieces of dark chocolate!!! A new fave. Hubby had the chocolate fudge and added chocolate syrup too. Unfortunately, you don't get to try the ice cream like they used to allow before. Guess it is covid related. I ordered my caramel macchiato regardless and did not dissapoint. Soo good. Our server was also friendly and accomodating. Always good service and positive experience. Nothing bad about ice.cream! Check out the Easter ice cream cakes they have!"

"A hidden gem, a must go.Very good family run grocery store with lots of items from former Yugoslavia. Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia etc .Haven’t tried the restaurant side yet, but I’m sure it’ll be authentic.Prices are reasonable for everything able to be purchased."

"With out a doubt the best Bisteca I’ve ever had My wife had the Annabella pasta with chicken. Definitely coming back with friends Sit outside if the weather permits. The sauces on each were rich and flavourful. Staff are exceptionally friendly Do it, go there"

"Love the service and the extras such as the potato and the dessert. We both found the prime rib completely tasteless! Have been going once a year for our anniversary, and this was a big shock. Talked to a guy at work who said his wife had prime rib last week and it was also very bland. What has happened to Keg prime rib??"

"Our wonderful little local eatery!!!! What more can i say levetto in carriage crossing is wonderful delicious hot flavourful meals every dish we’ve had had been excellent. My hubby loves the penne ala vodka and I love the beef rigatoni with the...current state of emergency I encourage everyone to keep supporting the gems in our local neighbourhoods like levetto we commit to a weekly meal from levettos !!!!"
