What Sarah Johnson likes about Birch Butcher:
We came in for one of their oyster pop ups. Everything was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Sat at the bar and we enjoyed the causal conversations had with the chef and staff working. While I can't speak to the rest of their menu, I would recommend keeping an eye out for the oyster pop up and trying to snag a seat for it. View all feedback.
