I find communication to be very important. The person at the drive-thru simply stood there and silently held out their hand for my card, then returned it without saying a word. Are they now training beggars for this job? If so, they have mastered the art of begging and will do well if they ever lose their job. View all feedback.
What Elwyn Prosacco doesn't like about Burger King:
Chile Listen... Never again! After waiting in the drive thru for over 15-20 minutes with no cars in front or behind me to finally get to the window to find out...Boom only 2 people working the whole store in the middle of the day. Food was missing out the bag and everything. It took another 10 minutes to get that. No ham, no burger, no ma'am! And I love Burger King. Whewww View all feedback.
I placed an order, went to the window to pay, and had my phone camera on in the car for myself and three other people. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff did not allow me to take any videos, not even outside the restaurant. They ended up canceling my order, and I was disappointed. I wish I could share a video here to show my experience. It's frustrating that there seems to be a lack of freedom in this establishment, unlike in America.
????No Lobby, Doors Locked???? drive thru only, ????very polite and prompt drive-thru staff???? The food, meh, ??????? burger king is burger king ???????
I tried to place an order at this restaurant, but after waiting at the drive-thru speaker for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement, I pulled up to place my order. The employee claimed they didn't hear me and instructed me to pull around to place the order again. Despite there being a line of cars behind me, they refused to take my order and insisted that I pull around. Dissatisfied with the poor customer service, I chose to leave without making a purchase and will not be recommending this place to others. It's not the wait that bothered me, but rather the bad customer service.
It's burger king and they always are running out of burgers and supply's , it's a burger place how can you run out of meat. Never going here again wasted my time and gas, this is always
