Didnt get half of my order, went back to tell them, and i got the window completley shut on me with out being able to tell them what i was missing. Very rude, and disrespectful. If i could id give zero stars
85.7 of my orders here have been wrong. I kept trying because this is the closest BK to my office, but I can't keep acting like this doesn't happen almost every time. So long and thanks for all the fish!
It took the cashier 5 mins to come to the drive thru and he was rushing us to order. When we got to the window after taking our order we had to pull around to the front and wait an additional 7 mins to get our food. One good thing... the fries were good.
I was served the oldest Whopper Junior ever with salt and pepper thrown on it at this restaurant. When I tried to return it, the manager wanted to argue until I threatened to call corporate. Eventually, my meal was replaced and I was asked to leave a review. This made me late for work. They offered a free soda as compensation.
