What Jason likes about Carnevor:
The best lobster bisque anywhere in the country! They specialize in high end Wagyu from America, Australia, and Japan. No one else offers cuts like these so don't even bother looking. Cocktails are awesome, the people are great. The shrimp cocktail is giant, desserts are made from scratch. Truly an amazing steakhouse. What Ted kelly doesn't like about Carnevor:
Just what America needs another overpriced steakhouse. The seafood options are the only thing setting this place apart from the generics like Ruth's Chris's, Shula's, and Smith and Wollensky. They do a nice job with fish and shellfish. The service was stuffy, the clientele very pretentious. Value, it is not. Creative, it is not. Cookie cutter, rubber stamped offerings at inflated prices.
