no single roasted food item ever came roasted. it is as if they use a microwave instead. I'm going to many dunkins and I never had trouble. Bagels are chewing, doughy and fiessed grilled cheeses the same. fasten your grill, please! I really hate to stop, but if I'm in a hurry and need my coffee, it would be nice to eat something roasted and not soggy! read more.
