Pho Cali has the best Vietnamese food in Milwaukee! I grew up eating Vietnamese food and this is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to across the country. The pho is very flavorful and you get a big bowl for a decent price. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my food.
