1. The baristas do not give you your correct order; reading is fundamental!2. Their customers LITERALLY stand in front of your food/drink with their personal belongings dangle by/on top of your food/drink3. Their service really is piss poor. Similar to the location near city hall (by St. Kate Hotel).
