Have eaten several times here, but this time for some reason the service was only pitiful. Has been skipped from the kitchen by any server. Had the green label, but that was useless. We had to call locally and sometimes call SUMIMASEN/EXCUSE ME PLEASE to get someone to cut some salty meat. Asked for pineapple and got the innermost, tasteless burned core.
