Love coming to Dorcheat when I visit Minden! Great food and great service. They have something for everyone.

Food was good. Server was terrible and the manger/ owner is a joke. Go somewhere else if possible. Run!!!

"I ate there a year ago and the food was decent at best then but now it's just down right bad. It was so hot inside. The food took forever to come out. I ordered the crawfish étouffée. I overheard another server tell a table that there was no crawfish in it because they didn't have any. Our server didn't tell us this. The shrimp tasted fishy. I knew it was going to make me sick after the first few bites and it definitely did! Most of our food was served in styrofoam and plastic ware. My partner ordered a steak and baked potato. Steak was way under cooked for Medium. The potato was dowsed in artificial butter so it was soggy. Even the bread was bad. Definitely a dirty grill top because the bread was black but not burnt. It was also drenched in liquid butter. 10/10 will not be back. Learned our lesson."

"Food was mediocre at best, especially since the prices are about one and a half times the price of other local Mexican restaurants. Atmosphere dark and dreary. Service was decent, however I've learned since then that owner fired all Caucasian workers. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. Only have one star because I had to."

"The staff was friendly and they did a great job maken are food. I felt bad thu cause the sun was in there faces the hole time. The place for sure needs blinds for when the sun is setting."
