"I have been on travels all over Canada and other countries and have tried ice cream in ;many many places. Must admit I love coming home to Kawartha Dairy. It's a bit expensive though,.... but tasty non the less."

"I had the fish and chips here and to be honest it was great. Very light batter which is always appreciated. I enjoyed the meal for sure. My wife ordered a quinoa salad for some reason...She said it was tasty but it actually cost more than the fish and chips.If I was to return here i would certainly order the fish and chips again."

"Classic roadside burger stop in Minden with all the classic offerings fries, onion rings, burgers, milkshakes, ice cream. Located at the end of the street alongside the river makes for a nice spot to eat."

"Great pizza! Many quality toppings for $20 on a big one. Nice crust, good sauce, decent cheese. Excellent taste overall. I would prefer if there was an option for extra large, smaller pizza sizes to buy more crust per slice. Last thing open on a Friday night after a big ATV recovery. We were super happy to find this!"

"Ok, I've got to say, I've been driving by here for quite some time. It always is closed, or absolutely jammed packed with cars and people. That being said, one night I decided to take my wife and go for the heck of it. Figured we wouldn't get a table without a reservation, but no harm trying. To my surprise, they took my number, 5 minutes later, my phone rang and I was told the table was ready. We went inside. Ordered, and waited absolutely forever for our food, now, normally I'd be pretty upset over waiting so long near closing, but let me tell you, the flavor in the food once we got it, was absolutely mind blowing. Food was really tasty, and although the service was terribly slow all around, the waitresses did always have a very friendly tone and helpfulness.Parking: The lot appears big during the day while they're closed, but once they open, this lot gets absolutely jam-packed.Kid-friendliness: This place has a semi classy, nice laid back, elegant country feeling. Not really the first place that I'd choose if I had kids that are under 9/10 years old.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp as the front entrance that makes for easy accommodations for anyone in need of a mobility aid, such as a walker, canes, mobility scooters/chairs, wheelchairs, or anything else."
