"The pizza of the tigrillo is the waterproof stop after a good bath in the cascades. Prices are quite accessible and have a wide range of dishes, but the best thing is pizza. Present in Mindo since before its tourist boom."

"Cuyana offers Diners something quite different from what the other restaurants in the area do, so it is a good place if you want a change. The food was perfectly prepared and the presentation was nice, but I did not feel it was very good value for money was the same price as the meat tasting menu, and offers much cheaper ingredients. The 7 courses were almost all vegetables and fruits and there were really no legumes or cereals. For me it also fell a bit short of a 'fine dining' experience as it lacked originality in some of the courses (a dessert was banana tempura and some fresh fruits), but I hope with more vegan diners, it will improve."

"The prices are decent for Mindo, many of the restaurants invite much more because of tourism, so it was nice to enjoy a place that can also locals. The vegan burger is from Quinoa and was delicious, make sure to ask it without cheese."
