What Lavina Bergstrom doesn't like about 4 Bells:
Would give the food a C, pretty disappointing. I had the scallops which were quite good but the snapper was over dressed, the octopus starter was a little too charred and the wine was mediocre at best. It was also freezing and the lights were too bright where we were seated. Not impressed but wanted to like it View all feedback.
