"I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to my house. Today was my boyfriend's birthday and he wanted Famous Daves for dinner. I ordered online and went to pick it up. He ordered a pick 2 combo and I ordered the pick one. They put the wrong sides in each of our boxes so we had to switch.. He said his chicken meat was kind of fatty. I'm from the south so I grew up on BBQ this was pretty subpar. My pork was coated in some weird tasting BBQ sauce and the French fries seemed like they've been sitting out all day. The muffins were good though! Probably won't be back for a while. This place kind of looked like more of a fast food joint than a restaurant. Please do better!"

"The employees at Red Loster Blaine location went beyond expectations. My brother, his wife, and myself took my parents ther for there 65th anniversary. The hostess helped get my parents in and seated, my dad uses a walker and my mom is in a wheelchair, while I parked my car. The extra help was appreciated. The waitress was attentive and picked up on cues very quickly. Mom has dementia and wanted a drink but hasn't had alcohol in years. The waitress helped mom decide on a drink and when she asked if mom wanted alcohol or not and mom said yes, the waitress picked up my head shake no and the small amount signal I was making with my hand. Mom got want she wanted without feeling diminished in any way and without us having to worry about any side affects of alcohol with mom's medication. The waitress had great emotional intelligence. Mom and dad got the Date Night Experience for Two (lobster tails, shrimp, steaks, and mac and cheese). It was glorious seeing my parents eyes light up when it was brought out. When we all were done, the waitress brought out some ice cream for my parents to share with plate decorated with their wedding date. This was not planned; the staff took it upon themselves to do this. It really made my parents feel special. Kudos to this Red Lobster location. They were amazing and we were appreciative."

"I loved my coworkers but I don’t think it’s okay for the locations GM (General Manager Douglas Fahey to abuse his employees. I have worked here for a couple of months now and I was told I would be getting about 12-15 hours per week. But I have not gotten scheduled for three weeks in a row, with absolutely no word from Doug whatsoever. I have reached out over a dozen times, via phone calls and/or text messages. Because he knows I have an 8year old, (which means I have an extra mouth that I need to feed. if he doesn’t have the hours he probably should go and take the writing off his windows because he also lies about what he will hire new people on at. Wage wise. There’s a lot more problems than that… But none that I feel are appropriate to post publicly"

"Tried Boston’s for lunch for the first time today. I was alone running errands and got hungry. No one was at the check-in counter when I walked in. I waited for maybe 2-3 minutes before someone came up to greet me. Not a huge deal. I was seated in the corner, which I didn’t really mind, as long as I wasn’t forgotten. I probably sat for about 15 minutes before the waitress came to my table. There was a large party seated at the table next to me, so perhaps everyone was just busy. No explanation from the waitress. I immediately ordered my water and a salad and waited probably 15-20 minutes for the food. It was good but def not worth $17. It looked rather sparse (especially the dressing which was maybe a total of a teaspoon worth). Oh and before I could eat, I had to ask a bus person for new utensils because my fork had what looked like dried cheese or maybe spaghetti. I ate at a normal pace, paid and left. It took an hour, almost exactly, for me to get a salad. Not sure I’ll be back."

"The prime rib is excellent. We shared one order and still had some to take home. To get a medium rare, you need to get there early. The potato was good but not very hot. Excellent Caesar salad. Its a great value for the money. Will definitely go back."
