bona offers a vegetarian/vegan-pho base with all vegetables, roasted tofu or mock ente. I got him tofu and it was delicious.

the pho can be made easily vegan and there is a tonne vegan options. I get the sweetpho with added tofu and it is amazing. my friend (not vegan) loves it too!
