This morning it took ten minutes for a $8 cup of tea with no line. Staff were standing around doing nothing and then one who I assume was the manager on duty claimed it was because there “was training.” Completely oblivious. If you’re going to charge over $6 for 16 oz tea I can make at home, then ask for 18/20/22% tip on top of it, figure out how to serve customers.The parties are their only saving grace.
