This relaxing neighborhood dive bar is exactly what you are looking for! The tater tots are some of the best in the city. It is easy to get to as it is on the Light Rail at 38th street station. The food is really good. But the general atmosphere and construction quality is not. Small tables and small chairs. No smoking inside, but the smoking area is right next to the main entrance between you and the parking lot. You have to wear the smoke when you go in or out.
