Went here for our daughters grad. We have been here several times before. Sadly this is a shadow of the former resturant that existed in the same place. On a Saturday night is was almost empty maybe this is the Covid effect as Dinky town was pretty quiet. However the “scratch food” menu was pretty limited and though quite inexpensive there was not a lot to choose from. The pasta dish white sauce was underwhelming but... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gray's:
One of the worst brunch buffet's I've been to. Not many options, eggs were cold and rubbery, bacon was overdone, strange pasta salads didn't belong there, and the desserts tasted like they opened up Little Debbie treats and served them. Overpriced for the options. It's a shame because before the new ownership, the brunch buffet was really great when it was The Loring. View all feedback.
Great bar in Dinky town, stylish, super cool space and lovely staff. Loved the Juke Box too as had some great bands namely Happy Monday's, Interpol and the Stone Roses. Lovely beers on draft, didn't eat but the menu looked fantastic. Will be back!
As a parent of a college athlete, you have to take what you can get when the team is in town. I took on the challenge of planning the dinner for an entourage of 25 from the team and 15 parents (40 total . The staff at Loring Bar Restaurant were simply amazing..... 'yes ' was their default answer....even on a short 10 day notice for a Saturday Dinner! Not only were we able to eat together on the west mezzanine, but we were able to order off the menu (no fixed menu! . The timing from cocktails/social hour to food was impeccable, the food was amazing, service was professional and friendly and the environment was a hit! We received compliments from so many in attendance and not one complaint. Thank you so much, we will be back! GO HAWKS!
The weekend brunch buffet was great! A huge selection with many egg, meat, and veg-friendly options. Great live music during brunch, too!
Great Bartenders, friendly staff and overall great experience. I was happy to stumble upon their grand re-opening. I had originally planned on going their for Transmission that night at 9, but came earlier for the celebration. Well done staff on what seemed like a successful opening!
The best place in Minneapolis for Latin Dance, Definitely!.
