Lago Taco Lynlake - Minneapolis

We arrived at 7 PM and it was extremely busy. We got our table right away. Took a while to get our first drinks ordered. By 8 PM things slow down substantially. Everything was good after that. Our server was very good and the food was excellent as always.

The food was fabulous. We ordered several different tacos (Chicken Tinga was the favorite) they were all delicious. Great server very pleasant and attentive. Has more of a sports bar feel with all the TV's. We will definitely be back but will eat outside on their patio when the weather gets warmer. For 4 of us, including bar, it was under $100. We thought it was very reasonable.

Service was excellent. Had our seating ready as soon as we got there. Food was delicious.

I had to go to the hostess to ask for a server to come to our table. The server was very nice. She brought the food. There was a long piece of hair in my husband's food. The server was mortified. They re-cooked it, offered us free dessert and did not charge us for our appetizer or my husband's plate. My shrimp was undercooked, but I thought I would just take it home and re-heat it. Typically we eat at their restaurant in Excelsior, but thought we would try this one since we were in the area. This was an unfortunate experience. They were quick to do what they could to remedy the situation.

Food service were great! Loved being able to sit on the patio and enjoy the outdoor dining. One of our favorite spots for date night!
