Noa - Minneapolis

What User likes about Noa:
crispy chicken leg app was worth the visit here. beautiful ying and yang of sweet heat go on and the crispy teig kept up to sauce. various menu with a mix of California and midwestern cuisine. good service, but overpriced eating. the ambiente is good for a date or customer meeting, but for daily eating I would go to red rabbit and would get a better deal. View all feedback.
