Lovely Chill Square restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Located just a few meters from Nokomis Beach. The latte was delicious and the vegetarian sandwich was satisfactory. View all feedback.
Been going her with my mother ever since it opened. Even since mother has passed, I drop by on occasion. I take my relatives from out of town to this place before we have a walk around the lake. It's in an excellent spot in the neighborhood and the good and coffee has always been good and consistent throughout the years.
Very good drinks, they use Monin syrup which is the best. Just wish they had gluten free goodies. The chocolate cookie with peanut butter inside it that my hubby had looked very yummy. Cute small location. Pretty flowers outside and the cactus inside was almost to the ceiling.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! I have visited multiple times and have never been disappointed with the service. Even on a day when the restaurant was short-staffed due to Covid absences, the lone server managed to handle a large group of Minneapolis strikers with grace and professionalism. The staff and customers are always friendly and welcoming. Today, I felt compelled to write a review because I just had the most perfect cup of hot chocolate. It was so delicious that I am struggling to find the words to describe it in order to recreate the experience in the future, but I know it will never quite compare. The morning waffle sandwich with eggs and sausage was also incredible. This restaurant has definitely become my new favorite breakfast spot!
After visiting the Falls, we decided to check out this coffee shop. It was a relaxing Sunday afternoon sitting outside, reading books, surrounded by beautiful flowers, sunshine, and watching pedestrians walk by. We also got to see aircraft taking off from MSP airport.
The woman at the counter was very pleasant, although she seemed a bit nervous as she quickly thanked me and moved on to the next customer, only to realize I hadn't paid yet. It was a lighthearted moment that made me smile. The coffee maker, on the other hand, seemed impatient and wanted me to hurry up and place my order, despite being just a few feet away from us and engrossed in his phone. He wasn't rude, but he also wasn't particularly friendly. The coffee I ordered was delicious, but unfortunately, the waffle I tried was not to my liking. Overall, it was an interesting experience with a mix of nostalgia and quirky charm.
