What User doesn't like about Noodles Company:
I ordered online, and found a cricket in my noodles. My friend told me that is apparently quite common for Noodle and Company's to have bug infestations. It also looks like they took down my last review, and have yet to contact or say anything to me. This was on October 10th 2021. View all feedback.
Ordered Pesto Cavatappi and a side of mac to eat in with a friend. Location was busy but staff were managing well all things considered! Cashier was friendly and food came out relatively quick. Food was good overall but broccoli could have used some extra time (was very hard, almost raw). No major complaints though.
I placed an order using the Noodles and Company app but never received my food. I contacted the store and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I will definitely continue to support this restaurant. Thank you, John.
The delivery was incredibly quick, arriving 15 minutes earlier than expected, and the food was still piping hot! I'm not certain if leaving a generous tip played a role in the speedy service, but it certainly didn't hurt.
I order takeout from this restaurant often and it never disappoints. Their Japanese pan noodles are superior to those of other locations - more caramelized and not overly sour. The service is fast, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my food.
You had no chicken when I was kind of weird. But it was good food
