What Sumalee Chandee doesn't like about Pho Hoa Noodle Soup:
No pork hock in bun bo hue. Called ahead and they said yes. There was nothing in there and service was bad. Didn’t follow up with any customers of their needs. Pho broth was plain and watered down. The kitchen lady walked outside with apron and gloves on for 5 minutes came back inside with the same thing on. Didn’t know why she went outside for. Cross contamination! She could have taken all that off before going outs... View all feedback. What User likes about Pho Hoa Noodle Soup:

Pho Hoa is the only place in the area that gives affordable Vietnamese food and ood service. Everywhere else has overpriced food.
Best I've had in the Twin Cities. Cold day. Hot noodles.
