Pizza Hut - Minneapolis

Had no pizza got, waited a really long time, even order. I was the only one there, the phone was more important. I finally left. Bummer

Order on March 12th. I'm late here, cold and missing. I didn't call anyone. Filed a complaint online and got a $15 credit. Today called and transferred to a number of services. They will not pay tribute to the loan and refuse to acknowledge debt there.

An order made online at 8:39pm and was said the order would last 90-100 minutes. No progress on my order for an hour (by pizza tracker) and has since created your order status. I'm in the pizza shop now because my order was wrong. When I put my order in the store, the cashier told me that she gave us the wrong order because she didn't have the items we demanded. The cash that helped us keep her running nose, all the time she helped. Then we told us that he told manager to give us our order wrong and said that she would give us an apple cake. The staff went in and out of the shop with the same kitchen gloves. The store smells bad. Staff said more curse words than I can count. Managament really needs to look at the cameras and talk to employees about their behavior and lack of professionalism. Worse experience ever.

I ordered a pizza Nov. 21st at 9:32 pm. The lady said it would take 40 50 minutes. The pizza arrived at 11:20. Almost 2 hours later. The pizza was disgusting. They sent a replacement pizza today and it was seriously under cooked. Still disgusting. That was the first and last time I will ever get a pizza from Pizza Hut
