Our server, Colin, was friendly and knowledgeable. His recommendations were spot on, and the food was excellent. My first words upon tasting the first bite were: this is ing incredible! sad had not the best time. our waiter didn't seem to be there and just had a job. had to stop a (what I suspect) manager to ask about the suppe of the day. my partys eating was okay, but my was super sweet. a rub should not taste straight sugar. it was very dark inside and not busy at the time when we arrived there, but picked up. eating took one to come and everything came immediately, even the appetizer. Service was attentive and excellent, and our food was spectacular. The vibe is unique and I really enjoyed the decorations and style. The drinks were delicious and well-crafted. Overall, there seemed to be a great attention to detail across the menu. I loved the beet salad, and my husband had the smash burger. I can't wait to be back.

Very nice, unique restaurant. The staff was super cool, food was very, very good and the drinks were nicely crafted without being overpriced or overbearing. You can actually taste your alcohol! Would recommend 15/10

I ordered the salmon pasta, it was delicious. We had a group of seven with a reservation. We were seated promptly and our waiter was very attentive. This was our third visit to The Newsroom and picked it for a family dinner because we knew we could count on good food, a nice variety in the menu for everyone, fun atmosphere and good service.
