We used Buttercream for our wedding at Machine Shop and they were a hit! I loved them at our tasting and it was even better at the wedding. We chose to do a two tiered smaller cake with a simple design for our bridal party and cupcakes (4 flavors) for our guests and everyone was so pleased. Unfortunately our wedding cake looked nothing like what we asked for. Customer service could not be any more disorganized as just 2 weeks before the wedding they had no clue what flavor or design we wanted when we had already communicated that.
