"I had dinner there with my family after receiving rave reviews of the restaurant. Our server was very nice, but marginally incompetent. He didn't know many details about the menu when asked for details. One of the starters was served without any of the 3 ingredients (olives with canned citrus and fried parsley - served without the fried parsley - not the waiter's fault). The waiter presented the special as an appetizer, but it was actually an appetizer. My main course (or should I say "starter") was served about 5 minutes after the rest of my table had already served their main courses. I was able to order another main course when it was clear that I had ordered an appetizer, but by then the rest of the table was done with the main course. The rest of the people at my table enjoyed the food and the beers were delicious, but overall my experience was not great."

"We enjoyed our first visit to Ciao Bella. Given the size of the restaurant the quality of the food was very good, our waiter was knowledgeable and was able to fully describe the evenings specials and the decor was quite pleasant. However, the noise level was excessive. It is unpleasant to always have to speak louder than normal to be hear. A little use of some sound deadening materials would go a long way to making the restaurant a !00% enjoyable experience. However, it was clear that this was a popular restaurant as it was full on a Wednesday evening."

"My 1st time having a Gyro and I'm impressed. It was hard to put down when I was full. From what im told, I will be disappointed if I go anywhere else going forward. The fries were amazing. No sauce needed. I would suggest going in knowing what you want. They are very fast to take your order."
