Stopped in to Stimp's while visiting Minonk for a high-school basketball game. Bar is cozy and old-school, like a place you'd find on the NW side of Chicago. People were great fun, very friendly. Barstaff was friendly and sharp. I got the pork-chop sandwhich which came with homemade chips. The chips were dark and super-crispy, went great with the draft beers.
