I'll just make comments on the observation deck. It's one of the tallest buildings in Minsk, but you probably seen taller. Anyway, the main problem is, the deck is surrounded with dirty and imperfect glasses which distort the vision. It doesn't make any sense since the only purpose of this place is presenting a good view. Also binoculars are very old and not giving a clear view. If you're planing to drop by, you bett...
